Dr. Olga Kozhar — Former Postdoc

Olga builds data-driven solutions for complex biological systems by combining experimentation, quantitative analysis, and technology. At Hippo Harvest, she designs and executes experimental programs to improve crop performance, working across science, engineering, and operations, including experimental design, data analysis using SQL and Python, and translating biological insights into practical tools and workflows. Before joining industry, Olga completed her Ph.D. at Washington State University, and postdoctoral research in plant pathology and population genomics at Colorado State University, studying how biological systems change and adapt.
