Julianna grew up in Sloughhouse, California before attending Modesto Junior College where she received her an AS degrees and Agricultural Science and Dairy Science in 2022. After graduation she transferred to California State University, Chico and obtained a BS in Animal Science in 2024. At CSU Julianna has been an active teaching assistant in the department, led the academic quadrathlon teams, and currently leads the lab as the senior graduate student. Her masters program has focused on the impact of poor maternal nutrition on ewe lamb reproductive capacity. She is also taking on a project investigating sheep performance on solar fields.
