Alison Kuderka

Alison Kuderka Graduate Research Assistant MS Animal Sciences 2025

Alison is originally from Piscataway, New Jersey and completed in BS in Animal Sciences with a minor in Agricultural Business at CSU in 2022. Alison served as a TILT tutor for animal physiology as an undergraduate student and continued that role as a graduate student TA. She is part of the MS/DVM program and completed a masters degree in the stress physiology lab. Her animal project investigated wether lamb feedlot performance after maternal nutrient restriction in late gestation. She did an additional teaching project investigating the impact of assessment strategies on retention of knowledge in sequential animal science courses. Alison is currently near the end of the CSU Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program and hopes to eventually start her own rural veterinary practice focused on ranch medicine.
